मंगल माधो नाम उच्चार ॥ मंगल वदन कमल कर मंगल मंगल जनकी सदा संभार ॥१॥ Auspicious is the utterance of the name of Madho. Auspicious is His lotus-face, auspicious are His hands; auspicious is His constant care for His devotees. ॥१॥देखत मंगल पूजत मंगल गावत मंगल चरित उदार ॥ मंगल श्रवण कथा रस मंगल मंगल तनु वसुदेव कुमार ॥२॥ Auspicious is seeing Him, auspicious is worshipping Him, and auspicious is singing His noble deeds. Auspicious is hearing the rasa of His stories; auspicious is the form of Vasudev Kumar. ॥२॥गोकुल मंगल मधुवन मंगल मंगल रूचि वृंदावनचंद ॥ मंगल करत गोवर्धनधारी मंगल वेष यशोदानंद ॥३॥ Auspicious is Gokul, auspicious is Madhuvan, and auspicious is the beauty of Vrindavan-Chand. Auspicious are the deeds of Govardhandhari; auspicious is the attire of Yashodanand. ॥३॥मंगल धेनु रेणुभू मंगल मंगल मधुर बजावत बेन ॥ मंगल गोपवधू परिरंभण मंगल कालिंदी पयफेन ॥४॥ Auspicious are the cows and the dust of Vraj; auspicious is His sweet playing of the flute. Auspicious is His embrace of the gopis; auspicious is the foam upon the waters of Kalindi. ॥४॥मंगल चरणकमल मुनिवंदित मंगल कीरति जगत निवास ॥ अनुदिन मंगल ध्यान धरत मुनि मंगलमति परमानंददास ॥५॥ Auspicious are His lotus-feet, worshipped by sages; auspicious is His glory, which dwells throughout the world. Day after day the sages hold His auspicious form in meditation; Parmanand Das keeps his mind fixed upon that auspiciousness. ॥५॥
