MEANING
रामकृष्ण ऊठ कहीयें भोर ॥यह अवधेश वे व्रजजनजीवन यह धनुष धरन वे माखन चोर ॥१॥On rising at dawn, one should say, “Ram, Krishna.” This One is the Lord of Ayodhya; that One is the very life of the people of Vraj. This One bears the bow; that One is the stealer of butter. ॥१॥इनकें चमर छत्र शिर सोहें उनकें लकुट मुकुट कर जोर ॥Over this One, chamar and royal parasol shine; that One bears a herding stick and wears a crown, His hands joined gracefully.जनकलली राजत इनके संग उनसंग राधा करत कलोल ॥२॥Janak Lali shines beside this One; with that One, Radha rejoices in playful delight. ॥२॥इनसंग भरत शत्रुघ्न लछमन बलदाऊ संग नंदकिशोर ॥With this One are Bharat, Shatrughna, and Lakshman; with Nandkishor is Baldau.इन सागरमें शिला तराई उन गोवर्धन नखकी कोर ॥This One caused stones to float upon the ocean; that One held Govardhan upon the tip of His nail.इन मार्यो लंकापति रावन उन मार्यो कंसा बरजोर ॥३॥This One slew Ravan, the lord of Lanka; that One slew the mighty Kansa. ॥३॥
