MEANING
आज जगतीपर जयजयकार ॥अधम उद्धारन करुणा सागर प्रकटे अग्नि अवतार ॥१॥Today, cries of victory resound throughout the world.The ocean of compassion, the savior of the lowly, has manifested as the incarnation of Agni. ॥1॥गृहगृहतें सुंदरि सब आईं मोतिन भरभर थार ॥निरख कमलमुख प्राणनाथको तनमनधन बलिहार ॥२॥From every home, all the beautiful women came, carrying trays filled with pearls; beholding the lotus-face of their beloved Lord, they offered body, mind, and wealth in loving surrender. ॥2॥करत वेदध्वनि सकल महामुनि सुंदर दृष्टि रसाल ॥विविध दान प्रेमसों दीने श्रीलक्ष्मणभट परमउदार ॥३॥All the great sages recited the Vedas, their beautiful gaze filled with delight; the supremely generous Shri Lakshman Bhatt lovingly gave many kinds of gifts. ॥3॥करुणासिंधु सकल सुखदायक सकल सृष्टि आधार ॥अपने जीव कृतार्थकीने दशविध भक्ति अधार ॥४॥The ocean of compassion, giver of every joy and support of all creation, fulfilled His own souls by giving them the foundation of the ten forms of bhakti. ॥4॥परमआनंद बसत त्रिभुवनमें मुदित फिरत नरनार ॥हरिजीवन प्रमु यज्ञपुरुष श्री लक्ष्मणसुत अवतार ॥५॥Supreme bliss dwells throughout the three worlds, and men and women move about rejoicing; Harijivan says: the Lord, the Yajna-Purusha, has incarnated as the son of Shri Lakshman. ॥5॥
