आंगन उजारे बैठ करो हो कलेऊ लाल भवन अंधेरो हे कहें मैया ॥ घुमडी घन घटा आई चहुंदिश तें छाई हंसत खरे दोऊ भैया ॥१॥“Lal, sit and take your morning meal here in the bright courtyard; it is dark inside the house,” says Maiya.
