MEANING
हाहा हो हठीले हरि जननीको कह्यो कर मेहतो बरष गयो अब गिरी धरनी धर ॥“O headstrong Hari, listen to Your mother! The rain has now stopped, so put Giriraj back upon the earth.”देखोरे पिराई बांह सात घोस कीनी छांह अतिही कठिन कूट छतनां ज्यों राख्यो धर ॥१ ॥“Look, Your arm must be aching! For seven days You gave everyone shelter, holding this immense, heavy mountain above them like a great canopy.” ॥१॥श्रमित यशोदामाय बईयां चूमत धाय करोरे सहाय सबे आंकों लेत भरभर ॥Mother Yashoda, overcome with concern, runs to Him and kisses His arm. “Come, everyone, help Him!” she cries, repeatedly taking Him lovingly into her arms.कुलके देव मनावे दानकों द्विज बुलावे जोई मागे देहि ताहि ओर रहें पांयपर ॥२ ॥She worships the family deities and calls the Brahmins to give charity; whatever anyone asks for, she gives, while others remain bowed at His feet. ॥२॥आनंदे सब ग्वाल गोप इंद्र कहा कियो कोप जियोरी कन्हैया तेरो जाके राज थिरकर ॥All the Gwalas and Gopas rejoice: “What could Indra’s anger accomplish? Kanhaiya, may You live long, and may Your reign remain forever secure!”मानदास सुरपति जिन कीनी एसी मति कामधेनु आगें लाय रह्यो चरणनतर ॥३ ॥Mandas says: Surapati, who had acted with such misguided judgment, brought Kamadhenu before Him and remained bowed at His feet. ॥३॥
