MEANING
जयति रघुनाथ गुणगाथ विख्यात व्रज जीत पंडितकों शरण लीने ॥शास्त्र सब जानि अभिमान करि वादीजन आये मद गर्व सब खंडकीने ॥१॥Victory to Raghunath, whose glorious virtues are renowned! In Vraj, He prevailed over learned scholars, who then took refuge in Him. Proud of their knowledge of the Shastras, disputants came to challenge Him, but He broke all their pride and arrogance. ॥१॥कपट पट दूरि करि प्रकट लीला धरी भक्ति नव भाव युत दशम दीने ॥Removing the veil of deceit, He revealed the Leela and bestowed the nine forms of bhakti together with the tenth, filled with bhava.जानकी रमण गुण कोन कवि कहि सके सरसरंगी सबे चित्त छीने ॥२॥What poet could fully describe the virtues of Janaki Raman? Filled with beautiful rasa, He captivates every heart. ॥२॥
