जयजय श्रीसूरजा कलिन्द नंदिनी ॥गुल्मलता तरुसुवास कुंज कुसुम मोद मत्त गुंजत अलि सुभग पुलिन वायु मंदिनी ॥१॥Victory, victory to Shri Yamuna, daughter of Surya and Kalinda! Along Her beautiful banks are fragrant shrubs, creepers, trees, and flower-filled kunjas; bees hum joyfully amid their fragrance, while a gentle breeze blows. ॥१॥हरि समान धर्म शील कान्त मंजुल जलद नील कटीनितंब भेदत नितगति उतंगनी ॥Her nature, virtues, and beauty are like Hari’s; lovely and dark like a raincloud, Her deep and rising current flows onward with graceful force.सिकता जनुंमुक्ताफल कंकण युत भुजतरंग कमलन उपहार लेत पिया चरण वंदिनी ॥२॥The sands appear like pearls, and Her waves like bracelet-adorned arms. Bearing lotuses as offerings, She bows at Piya’s feet. ॥२॥श्रीगोपेन्द्र गोपी संगम श्रमजलकण सिक्त अंग अति तरंग निरखरस सुफंदिनी ॥At the meeting of Shri Gopendra and the Gopis, their limbs are touched by drops of water; beholding them, Her waves rise with great joy.छीतस्वामी गिरिवरधर नंदनंदन आनंदकंद यमुने जन दुरित हरण दुख निकंदिनी ॥३॥Chhit Swami says: O Yamuna, beloved of Girivardhar Nandanandan, the source of bliss, You remove the sins of Your devotees and destroy their sorrow. ॥३॥
