MEANING
झूम रहे बादर सगरी निशाके बर्षनकों रहे हैं छाय ॥ जागे सब ग्वाल बाल आय दोर ठाडे द्वार लीने हे लाल जगाय ॥१॥Clouds have gathered and swayed throughout the night, spreading across the sky to bring rain. All the cowherd boys have awakened, come running, and now stand at the doorway, calling Lal to rise. ॥१॥दोहनी धोय दीनी हाथ हलधर दीये हें साथ बछरा जोवत मग रांभत हें गाय ॥ परमानंद नंदरानी फूली अंग न समानी बार बार लेत हें बलाय ॥२॥The milking vessel has been washed and placed in His hand, and Haladhar has been sent along with Him. The calves wait along the path, while the cows are lowing. Parmanand says: Nandarani is so filled with joy that she can scarcely contain herself, and again and again she lovingly wards away the evil eye from Him. ॥२॥
