MEANING
उठत प्रात रसना रस पीजे लीजे श्रीवल्लभ प्रभुको नाम ॥ आनंद बीतत सब निशदिन मन वांछित सुधरे सब काम ॥१॥On rising in the morning, let the tongue drink this rasa by taking the Name of Shri Vallabh Prabhu. Then every day and night passes in joy, and all the heart’s cherished purposes are fulfilled. ॥१॥सुजस गान मन ध्यान आन उर जे राखे दृढ आठो याम ॥ परमानंद दासको ठाकुर जेहि वल्लभ तेहि सुन्दर श्याम ॥२॥One who sings His noble glory, meditates upon Him, and keeps Him firmly within the heart throughout all eight watches—Parmanand Das says: Shri Vallabh and beautiful Shyam, his Thakur, are one and the same. ॥२॥
