MEANING
कमल नयन कमलापति त्रिभुवन के नाथ ॥ एक प्रेमतें सबबने जो मन होवे हाथ ॥१॥ Lotus-eyed Kamalapati is the Lord of the three worlds. Everything is accomplished through love alone, if the mind comes under one’s control. ॥१॥सकल लोककी संपदा ले आगें धरिये ॥ भक्तिविना माने नाहि जो कोटिक करिये ॥२॥ Even if all the wealth of the worlds were gathered and placed before Him, He would not accept it without bhakti, however much one may offer. ॥२॥दास कहावन कठिनहै जोलों चितराग ॥ परमानंदप्रभु सांवरो पैयत बडभाग ॥३॥ It is difficult to be truly called a das as long as attachment remains in the heart. Parmanand says: the dark-hued Prabhu is attained only through great good fortune. ॥३॥
