कुंज महल में रसभरें खेलत पियप्यारी ॥ तैसोई तरनि तनया तीर तैसोई सीतलसुगंध मंद वहत पवन तैसीय सघन फूली जुईनिवारी ॥१॥
“In the beautiful kunj palace, beloved Radha and Krishna are joyfully enjoying Their loving pastimes. The setting is equally delightful on the banks of the Yamuna, where a cool, fragrant breeze blows gently and dense creepers of jasmine are covered with blossoms.” ॥१॥
प्रफुल्लित वनराजीव तैसोंई अलि गुंज श्रवणनको अतिसुखकारी ॥ गोविंद बलबल जोरी सदाई विराजो गावत तान तरंग सुघर भारी ॥२॥
“The forest lotuses are blooming beautifully, and the gentle humming of bees brings great delight to the ears. Govind lovingly offers himself again and again to the divine Couple, praying, ‘May You always remain together in this beautiful place, singing sweet and graceful melodies.’” ॥२॥
