मंजन कर कंचन चोकी पर बेठी बांधत केशन झरोरी रुचिर भुजन की उपमा अनोपम ललित करन विच झलकत चूरोरी ॥१॥ Having completed her cleansing, she sits upon a golden seat, arranging her flowing hair. The beauty of her graceful arms is beyond compare, and lovely bangles gleam upon her hands. ॥१॥लाल जटित बेंदीमाल विराजत तेसो ही फबि रह्योमांग सेंदूरी चतुर बिहारी पिय प्यारी के मुख पर वारों कोटिसरद ससिपूरोरी ॥२॥ A jeweled red bindi adorns her, and the vermilion in the parting of her hair shines beautifully with it. Chatur Bihari says: upon the face of the Beloved’s dear one, I would offer millions of full autumn moons. ॥२॥
