MEANING
प्रातसमें हरिनाम लीजिये आनंदमंगलमें दिन जाय ॥चक्रपाणि करुणामय केशव विघ्नविनाशन यादवराय ॥१॥In the morning, take Hari's name, and the day will pass in joyful auspiciousness; Chakrapani, compassionate Keshav, remover of obstacles, Yadavaray ॥१॥कलिमलहरण तरण भवसागर भक्तचिंतामणि कामधेनु ॥एसो समर्थ नाम हरीको वंदनीक पावनपद रेनु ॥२॥It removes the impurity of Kali and carries one across the ocean of becoming; it is the devotees' wish-jewel and wish-fulfilling cow. Such is the powerful name of Hari, worshipful like the sacred dust of His feet ॥२॥शिव विरंचि इंद्रादि देवता मुनिजन करत नामकी आस ॥भक्तवत्सल हरिनाम कल्पतरु वरदायक परमानंददास ॥३॥Shiva, Brahma, Indra and the other devas, together with the munis, all long for the Lord’s Name.; Paramananddas says, Hari's name, loving to devotees, is a wish-fulfilling tree and giver of boons ॥३॥
