MEANING
रास रसिक भाव रूप स्वामिनी स्वरूप रूप प्रकट भये अति अनूप श्री हरिराय ।।Shri Harirai appeared in a most incomparable form, embodying the bhava of the Rasik of Raas and the swaroop of Swamini.अनिही शुन्य जीवजानि करुणा महा चित आनि सुंदर नर देह धरी आर्य वंश आय ।।१।।Seeing the jivas bereft of loving devotion, He brought great compassion into His heart and assumed a beautiful human form, appearing in this noble lineage. ।।१।।गुण अपार कही न सके रसना अनंत लहो शिक्षा के पत्र कीये हमपें चितलाय ।His virtues are boundless—even countless tongues could not describe them. Out of concern for us, He composed the letters of the Shiksha for our instruction.दानी सुनी दोरि पोरि शरण पर्यो रसिक दास मागत तांबुल दान दीजे मुख नांय ।।२।।Hearing that He is so generous, Rasikdas has run to His doorway and fallen into His shelter. He asks, “Please grant me the gift of tambul.” ।।२।।
