अधर रंग राख्यो अरुन अति प्रेम प्रीतके पान हरत मन बीडा ॥ यह सुख रास व्रजवास नंदलाल संग नित गो चारन नित बन क्रीडा ॥१॥The biri of pan has left His lips deeply red, full of the color of love and affection, captivating the heart. This is the joy of dwelling in Vraj with Nandalal—daily tending the cows and daily enjoying His pastimes in the forest. ॥१॥यह बरखा ऋतु हरित भूमि जित वृंदावन जमुनाके तीरा ॥ गोपीजन व्रजवासिन के हित नंददास प्रभु झुक झुक दीयो बल बीरा ॥२॥In this rainy season, the land is green throughout Vrindavan and along the banks of Yamunaji. For the joy of the gopis and the people of Vraj, Nanddas says: Prabhu lovingly bends down again and again to offer them biri. ॥२॥
