MEANING
दोऊ ढोटा और नंदरानी बड़े चौक बैठे ब्रजराज ।बाजे बजत सिंध द्वारे पै मंगल होत चौगुनौ आज ॥१॥The two little boys, Nandarani, and Brajaraj are seated in the great courtyard. Musical instruments resound at the main gateway, and today the festivity has increased fourfold. ॥१॥छिरकत खरिक भरे गायन के सौने रूपे सींग मढ़ाय ।पढ़ि पढ़ि वेद असीस देत द्विज सुत चिरजीवौ जसुमति माय ॥२॥The cows fill the enclosure, their horns adorned with gold and silver. The Brahmins recite the Vedas and give their blessings: “O Mother Jasumati, may your son live long.” ॥२॥फिरि फिरि ग्वाल गोप पहराये अरु पहराई सब ब्रजनारी ।आरती करि हुलसी जसुमति मन आभूषण सब दये उतारी ॥३॥Again and again, garments are bestowed upon the cowherds, and all the women of Vraj are also given garments. Jasumati joyfully performs arati, and in her delight takes off all her ornaments and gives them away. ॥३॥सर्वसु वारि देत नौछावरि दश दिनके मेरे लाल कहायेश्रीविठ्ठलगिरिधरनरायनें अति सुंदर दोऊ नाम धराये ॥४॥She offers everything she possesses in loving celebration: “Today my Lala is ten days old.” Shri Vitthal Giridharnarayan has given the two boys exceedingly beautiful names. ॥४॥
