MEANING
गोपी मन अति आनंद ऊमग भरि। विनति प्रेम पुलकित तन नंद समीप दोऊ कर जोर करि ॥१॥The gopī’s heart, overflowing with great joy, makes this loving request, her body thrilled with love, with both hands joined before Nanda. ॥१ ॥न्योतो हमारो आवो सब ही जसोदा अरु रोहिनी सब सादर। रामकृष्ण दोऊ कुंवर तिहारे व्रजधारी सुंदरवर ॥२॥Accept my invitation; all of you, Yashodā and Rohinī, come with due respect. Rāma and Kṛṣṇa, both your princes, the beautiful lords of Vraj, come as well. ॥२ ॥लोचन तारे जीवन जन्म तन प्राण सुफल कर। राधा सहज प्रीत संग ले प्रात पधारो मेरे घर ॥३॥Make my eyes, life, birth, body, and very breath fruitful; bringing Rādhā, with Her natural love, come to my home in the morning. ॥३ ॥जो पे आज्ञा देहो कृपा करि भोजन ठाठ बनाऊं विधि कर। करहो 'रसिक' मनोरथ पूरन निरख जाऊँ बल छबि पर ॥४॥If You kindly give Your permission, I shall properly prepare the arrangements for the meal. Fulfill, O ‘Rasik’, this heart’s desire, that I may behold the beauty and strength of Them. ॥४ ॥
