MEANING
गोवर्धन पूज सबे रंग भीने ।सहस्रभुजा गिरिधरन दूसरो जेवत श्याम सखन संग लीने ।।१।।Everyone is immersed in joy as they worship Govardhan. Giridhar appears in another form with a thousand arms and accepts the feast, while Shyam eats together with His sakhas. ।।१।।उमड़े सुन सुन बाल वृद्ध सब अगणित शाक पाक, घृत कीने ।जो कोऊ सकुच रही गुरुजन की बाँह पसार बोल तेऊ लीने ।।२।।Hearing the news, young and old alike come thronging, bringing countless vegetable dishes, cooked foods, and preparations made with ghee. If anyone holds back out of reserve before the elders, He stretches out His arms, calls to them, and accepts their offerings too. ।।२।।जय जयकार भयो चहुँ दिशते भामिनी मिल गावत स्वर झीने ।चत्रभुज प्रभु गिरिधरन सदा व्रज राज करो भक्तन सुख दीने ।।३।।Cries of “Jaya! Jaya!” arise from every direction, while the Bhaminis gather and sing in gentle voices. Chaturbhuj says: “Prabhu Giridharan, may You always reign over Vraj and bring joy to Your devotees.” ।।३।।
