MEANING
हिंडोरेव झूलन आई नई ऋतु सावन तीज सुहाईं ॥The new season has come—the lovely Teej of Savan, bringing the time for swinging on the swings. ॥कुंजकुंजतें निकसीं व्रजसुन्दरी अरुण वरनमानो इन्द्रवधूसी श्यामाजु हरखि बुलाईं ॥१॥The beautiful women of Vraj come out from the different groves. Shyama, with a reddish complexion, appears like the bride of Indra, and they joyfully call her to come. ॥१॥अपने अपने मेल मतोकरी गावत राग मल्हारजु भाईं ॥ हरिदासके स्वामी श्यामा कुन्जविहारी आपुन रीझ रिझाईं ॥२॥In their own groups, they sing Raga Malhar, which is especially pleasing. Shyama, the Lord of Haridas, the One who wanders in the groves, delights Himself and is pleased. ॥२॥
