नीलांबर पहेर तन गोरें झूलत सुरंग हिंडोरें ॥ मनि मानिक हीरा रतन मुक्ताफल शोभितहे तन गोरें ॥१॥Wearing a blue garment, He swings upon the beautiful, colorful swing, His fair form shining. Jewels, rubies, diamonds, precious gems, and pearls adorn His fair body. ॥१॥सुद तिथी नागपंचमी दिन दयाल दरस दीवो जोरें ॥ जन्म दिवस जान बलदाऊ को मदन मोहन कृपा करी अतोरें ॥२॥On the auspicious day of Nag Panchami, the merciful Lord gives His darshan with great radiance. Knowing it to be Bal Dau’s birthday, Madan Mohan has shown His abundant grace. ॥२॥झुलत रंग बढ्योजु परस्पर झुलावन मिले आय चहुं ओरें ॥ हरिदास प्रभुकी यह शोभा चीत चोर्यो इन नयनकी कोरें ॥३॥As they swing, the joy and color increase, and companions come from all around to swing them. This beautiful sight of Haridas’s Lord has stolen the heart through the corners of these eyes. ॥३॥
