ईमन मान मेरो कह्यो काहेकी प्यारे प्यारी तु ॥O dear Beloved, why do You say that my mind is like Yaman? ॥प्रथमही भरी गुन गाईए यही ते सुधराई होतु ॥१॥First, the full qualities should be sung; by this, the melody becomes refined. ॥१ ॥मालकौंस की तान ले ले राखत रूप बिहाग ॥Taking the melodic phrases of Mālkauṅs, while keeping the form of Bihāg,द्वारकेस प्रभु बसंत खिलावत याही ते बढत सुहाग ॥२॥Prabhu Dwārkeś makes Basant blossom in this way, and through this its beauty becomes greater. ॥२ ॥
