MEANING
जयति घनश्याम गुण धाम विश्राम जे वेद विधि विहित व्रत नित्यकारी ॥Victory to Ghanshyam, the abode of virtues and a place of rest, who daily observes the vows prescribed according to the Vedic path.भक्ति अनुरागिणी देत निजजननकों तेह प्रभु सकल लीला बिहारी ॥१॥He bestows loving bhakti upon His own devotees; that Prabhu delights in every Leela. ॥१॥आप सेवाकरे भक्त जिय अनुसरे स्वीयजन जान गुण गान दाता ॥He Himself performs seva, and the devotees follow Him in their hearts. Knowing them as His own, He grants them the blessing of singing His virtues.मधुर रस पुंज रस कुंज रमणीय जे वस्तु निर्दोषके ध्यान धाता ॥२॥He is a treasury of sweet rasa, delightful within the kunjas of rasa, and remains absorbed in contemplation of the pure, flawless divine form. ॥२॥शरण तेई सबनकी आन भटकत वृथा परम पुरुषार्थ जहां सकल पावे ॥His shelter alone is the refuge for all; wandering elsewhere is in vain. In Him, every supreme purpose of life is attained.सरस रस रंग सुखकंद धन छांडिकें मूढ मतिमंद सोई आन थावे ॥३॥Only one who is foolish and lacking in understanding would leave this treasure—the source of sweet rasa, delight, and happiness—and seek shelter elsewhere. ॥३॥
