MEANING
लाल तुम पकरि कैसी बानि ।जबहीं हम आवत बेचन तबहीं रोकत आनि ॥१॥“Lala, what sort of habit have You taken up? Whenever I come to sell my goods, You come and stop me.” ॥१॥मन आनंद कहत मुँह कीसी नंदनंदनसों बात ।घूँघटके ओझल ह्वै देखति मन मोहन करि घात ॥२॥Her heart is filled with joy, though outwardly she speaks such words to Nandanandan. Concealed behind her veil, she gazes at Mohan, who has stolen her heart. ॥२॥हरिकरि लागी रह्यौ सब अँचरा तनक दहीजु चखाय ।श्री विठ्ठलगिरिधरनलालनें खायके दियौ उठाय ॥३॥Hari keeps hold of her anchal, so she gives Him a little curd to taste. Shri Vitthal Giridharnalal eats it and then lets her go. ॥३॥
