माईरी प्रातकाल नंदलाल पागबंधावत बालदिखावत दर्पण भालरह्योलसि ॥ सुंदर नवकरनबीच मंजुमुकरकीछबि रहीफबिमानों गहि आन्योहै युगकमलनशशि ॥१॥ O mother, at daybreak Nandalal is having His turban tied, and as a mirror is shown to Him, His forehead shines. Between His beautiful fresh hands, the lovely mirror appears so charming, as though the moon had been brought and held between two lotuses. ॥१॥बिचबिचचितकेचोर मोरचंद्र माथेंदिये तिनढिंगरत्न पेचबांधतहैंकस ॥ नंददासललितादिक ओटभये अवलोकत अतुलितछबिकहिनजात फूलझरेंहँस ॥२॥ Upon His head, beside the heart-stealing peacock-feather crescent, they carefully fasten the jeweled turban-ornament. Nanddas says: Lalita and the other sakhis stand hidden and watch; that incomparable beauty cannot be described, and smiling, they shower flowers. ॥२॥
