नैनभर देखौं नंद कुमार ॥जसुमति कूँख चंद्रमा प्रगट्यौ या ब्रजको उजियार ॥१॥Let me behold Nanda Kumar with eyes fully satisfied.The moon has appeared from Yashoda's womb, the light of this Vraj. ॥1॥बन जिन जाऊ आज कोऊ गो सुत गाय गुवार ॥अपने अपने भेष सबै मिलि लावौ विविध सिंगार ॥२॥Let no cowherd, cow, calf, or anyone go to the forest today.All of you, each in your own attire, come together and bring various adornments. ॥2॥हरद दूब अच्छत दधि कुमकुम मंडित करो दुवार ॥पूरौ चौक विविध मुक्ताफल गावौ मंगलचार॥३॥Adorn the doorway with turmeric, durva grass, unbroken rice, curd, and kumkum.Complete the courtyard design with various pearls, and sing auspicious songs. ॥3॥चहुँ वेदधुनि करत महामुनि होत नछत्र विचार ॥उदय पुन्यको पुंज साँवरो सकल सिद्धि दातार ॥४॥The great sages sound the tones of the four Vedas and consider the constellations.The dark One, the mass of merit, the giver of all attainments, has arisen. ॥4॥गोकुलवधू निरखि आनंदित सुंदरताकौ सार ॥दास चतुर्भुज प्रभु सब सुखनिधि गिरिधर प्रान अधार ॥५॥The women of Gokul behold Him and rejoice, the essence of beauty.Das Chaturbhuj says: Prabhu Giridhar is the treasure of all happiness, the support of life. ॥5॥
