MEANING
पीरी पाग सिरपेच चन्द्रिका सीसफूल लर लटकन सोहे ॥ भाल तिलक कर पोहोंची दुगदुगी बेसरको मोती मन मोहे ॥१॥A yellow turban, the sirpech, the chandrika, the head-flower, and the hanging strings all shine beautifully. The tilak upon the forehead, the pohonchi upon the hand, the dugdugi, and the pearl of the besari enchant the mind. ॥१॥करन फूल कटि छुद्र घंटिका लगी नूपुर चरनन छोहे ॥ मोतिन माल हार गुंजा मनि पोहोपन की माल अति सोहे ॥२॥Ear-ornaments shine, tiny bells are fastened at the waist, and the anklets touch His feet. The pearl garland, the necklace, the gunja-bead ornament, and the garland of pohopan all look exceedingly beautiful. ॥२॥पीत पिछोरा साज अति सोभित दामिनी दमकिनी की छबि को है ॥ 'कुंभनदास' प्रभुकी छबि निरखत चक्रत भये निजजन मन मोहे ॥३॥The yellow pichhora and adornment shine with great beauty, like the radiance of flashing lightning. Kumbhandas says: beholding Prabhu’s beauty, His own people are left amazed, and their hearts are enchanted. ॥३॥
