MEANING
॥ श्री यमुनाजी तटके हिंडोरा ॥ झुलत मोहन रंगभरे गोपवधू चहुंओर ॥ श्रीयमुना पुलिन सुहावनों वृन्दावन शुभठोर ॥१ ॥A swing stands on the bank of Shri Yamunaji. Mohan swings, filled with joyful delight, with the gopīs all around Him. The sandy bank of Shri Yamunaji is beautiful, and Vṛndāvan is a sacred and auspicious place. ॥१॥राधाजूकरें किलकारी ज्यों गरजत घनघोर ॥ तापाछें सब सखियन मिलजु करतहें सोर ॥२ ॥Rādhā gives a joyful call, like the deep rumbling of heavy clouds. With the summer heat behind them, all the sakhīs gather together and fill the place with joyful sounds. ॥२॥तेसेई रटत पपैया बोलत दादुरमोर ॥ नंददास आनन्दभरे निरखत युगलकिशोर ॥३ ॥In the same way, the papaiyā birds call out, while the frogs and peacocks make their sounds. Nanddās, filled with joy, beholds the youthful Divine Couple. ॥३॥
