श्याम सुन्दर बन खेलत सखन संग बिबिध केल ॥ कालिंदनी तट बांधी फेंट पट करत जुध भुज जु परस्पर पेल ॥१॥Beautiful Shyam plays many different games with His friends in the forest. On the bank of the Yamunaji, they tie cloth around their waists and playfully wrestle, pushing one another with their arms. ॥१॥काहुकी मुरली चोरत काहुकी संग षष्टी काहुको छीको नाडो काहुकी चोरत सेली ॥ गोविंद पिय रस भरे निर्तत सखाके ग्रीवा भुज मेली ॥२॥He steals one friend's flute, playfully wrestles with another, and takes someone else's food pouch, waist-string, or necklace. Beloved Govind, filled with joy, dances with His arm around a friend's neck. ॥२॥
