आजकी बानिक कही नजाय बैठे निकस कुंजद्वार ॥ लटपटी पाग सिर सिथिल चिहुर चारु खसित वरुहाचंदरस भरे व्रजराजकुमार ॥१॥
His appearance today cannot be described. Having come out, he sits at the bower’s doorway. His turban sits loosely upon his head, his lovely locks are loosened, and his crescent-shaped peacock-feather ornament has slipped. The prince of Vraj is filled with love’s sweetness. ॥१॥
श्रमजल बिंदुकपोल विराजत मानों ओस कण नीलकमलपर ॥ गोविंद प्रभु लाडिलो ललन वर कहा कहो अंग अंग सुंदरवर ॥२॥
Drops of perspiration from exertion adorn his cheeks like dewdrops upon a blue lotus. Govind’s Lord is the darling, the finest of youths. What can I say? Every limb is supremely beautiful. ॥२॥
