आगम आयो री बोलत चातक चहुंदिस ॥ उनये उठत कारें बादर सुहाये तामें बग ऊडत समूहनि कुरलि लाई दिन सरिसा ॥१॥The rainy season has arrived, and the chatak birds call out in every direction. Beautiful dark clouds rise and gather, while flocks of white herons fly among them, making the day appear bright. ॥१॥हरि समीप बिन केसें मेरो दिन दादुरकी रटनी नींद न परे निसा ॥ कुंभनदास प्रभु गिरिधरनलाल बिन हों क्यों भयो माई बिछुरनो पर्यो मेरे हिसा ॥२॥Without Hari near me, how can I pass the day?
