MEANING
वाह वाह नाचत मोर सुन सुन नव घन की घोर बोलत हें चहुं ओर अति ही सुहावने ॥घनमंडल की घटा निहार आगम सुख जिय बिचार चातक पिक मुदित गावत द्रुमन बेठ सुहावने ॥१॥How beautifully the peacocks dance, hearing the deep, resounding call of the fresh rainclouds sounding sweetly on every side. Beholding the mass of clouds, the heart reflects on the joy of their coming; the chatak birds and cuckoos sit upon the lovely trees and sing in delight. ॥१॥नवल बन में पहरि तन में कसूंभी चीर कनक बरन स्याम सुंदर सुभग ओढें बसन पीत सुहावनें ॥पावस ऋतु को रंग विलसि दास चतुर्भुज के संग मोहन कोटि अनंग गिरिधर अंग अंग सुहावनें ॥२॥In the fresh forest, the golden-complexioned one wears a kasumbhi-colored garment upon her form, while beautiful dark Shyam is gracefully draped in lovely yellow cloth. The splendor of the rainy season shines forth; Chaturbhuj Das says: Mohan Giridhar is so beautiful in every limb that He enchants millions of Kamadevas. ॥२॥
