MEANING
आजु शरद सावन की झूलत नचवत श्रीवृषभानलली। थेई-थेई करत वचन मुख उचरत प्रफुलित जैसे कमलकली ॥१॥Today, in the autumn Savan, Shri Vrishabhan-lali swings and dances. Uttering “thei-thei” from Her lips, She blossoms like a lotus bud. ॥१॥झुंडझुंडनि व्रजबाला सरदमें झूली झुलवत नंदलाला। रीझ-रीझ प्यारी उर लागत निरखि हँसत सब व्रजबाला ॥२॥In groups, the maidens of Vraj swing in the autumn season and swing Nandalala. Again and again, the Beloved, delighted, embraces Him to Her heart, while all the maidens of Vraj look on and smile. ॥२॥लोचन देख-देख सब सहचरी करत विचार सब जात बलि। कृष्णदास प्यारी प्रीतम मिल विहरत दोऊ भाँत भलि ॥३॥Seeing Them again and again with their eyes, all the sakhis reflect upon Them and offer themselves in devotion. Krishnadas says: the Beloved and Her beloved, united together, sport beautifully in every way. ॥३॥
