MEANING
बन्यो माई पगा स्याम सिर नीको ॥ धोती ओर उपरना ओढे ओर गहेनो मोतीको ॥१॥ O mother, how beautifully the turban looks upon Shyam's head! He wears a dhoti, an upper cloth draped around Him, and ornaments of pearls. ॥१॥अंग अरगजा कमल हाथ में लीने मिल्यो भावतो जीकों ॥ नेन चकोर चंद मुख निरखत रसिक प्रीतम सबहीको ॥२॥ His body is adorned with fragrant argaja paste, and He holds a lotus in His hand. He has met the one dear to His heart. Like chakor birds gazing at the moon, all eyes behold His moon-like face. He is the charming beloved of everyone. ॥२॥
