देखोमाई सुन्दरताकी सीवा ॥ व्रज नवतरुणी कदंब मनोहर निरख करत अधग्रीवा ॥१॥Mother, behold the very limit of beauty. The charming young women of Vraj, seeing her, bow their heads in wonder. ॥१॥जो कोई कोटि कल्पलग जीवे कोटिक रसना पावे ॥ तो यह रुचिर वदनारविंद की शोभा कहत न आवे ॥२॥Even if one were to live for millions of kalpas and possess millions of tongues, the beauty of this lovely lotus-face could still not be fully described. ॥२॥देवलोक भुवलोक रसातल सुनकविकुल मत डरिये ॥ सहज माधुरी अंगअंगकी कहो कासों पटतरिये ॥३॥O poets of Devaloka, Bhuloka, and Rasatala, listen without hesitation: with whom could the natural sweetness of every limb possibly be compared? ॥३॥हित हरिवंश प्रताप रूपयुत विव्हल श्याम उजागर ॥ जाकी भ्रू विलास पशुपक्षी दिन विथकित वनसागर ॥४॥Hit Harivansh says: beholding the splendor of her form, Shyam is visibly overwhelmed.
