MEANING
झूलत दोऊ कुंजकुटीर ॥ कंचन खंभ हिंडोरें बिराजत तरणि तनयातीर ॥१॥The two are swinging in the bower. Upon a golden-pillared swing, they are seated beside the bank of the Yamuna, daughter of the Sun. ॥१॥मुकुलित कुसुम मल्लिका प्रफुल्लित रुचि दायक तहां वहत समीर ॥ सारस हंस चकोर मोर खग बोलत कोकिला कीर ॥२॥There, jasmine flowers are budding and blooming, pleasing the heart, while a gentle breeze is blowing. Cranes, swans, chakoras, peacocks, and birds are calling, together with the cuckoos and parrots. ॥२॥मधुरे स्वर गावत केदारो वृषभान सुता बलवीर ॥ गोविंद प्रभु गिरिराजधरन पिय सुरत सुभट रणधीर ॥३॥In sweet voices, Kedar is sung. The daughter of Vrishabhanu and the mighty Lord are there. Govind says: the Lord who lifted Giriraj, the beloved Lord, is steadfast and heroic. ॥३॥
