झूलत मणिमय कनक हिंडोरें ॥ पिय प्यारी दोउ रतिरस माने सखी रूप श्याम तन गोरें ॥१॥
They swing upon a golden swing adorned with jewels. The Beloved and the Beloved One delight in the sweetness of loving devotion, appearing in the form of sakhīs, with Shyām’s complexion and fair, radiant forms. ॥१॥
तेसोई कुंज चहूंदिश प्रफुल्लित तेसोई पवन त्रिविध झकोरें ॥ तेसीय फुंही परत थोरी थोरी चमकत चपला अरु घन घोरें ॥२॥
The kunja likewise blossoms in every direction, and the threefold breezes blow gently. Fine drops of rain fall from time to time; the lightning flashes, and the deep clouds thunder. ॥२॥
बोलत कोकिल मोर मधुर सुर बिच मुरली कुंजत रवजोरें ॥ रति रस लंपट रसिकदास प्रभु प्यारीसों हँसि करत निहोरें ॥३॥
The cuckoos and peacocks call in sweet notes, while the flute resounds beautifully among the kunjas. Rasikdās says: the Lord, absorbed in the sweetness of loving devotion, smiles and lovingly makes a request to the Beloved. ॥३॥

jhoolat manimay kanak hindoren · piy pyaaree dou ratiras maane sakhee roop shyaam tan goren ॥1॥
tesoee kunj chahoondish praphullit tesoee pavan trividh jhakoren · teseey phunhee parat thoree thoree chamakat chapalaa aru ghan ghoren ॥2॥
bolat kokil mor madhur sur bich muralee kunjat ravajoren · rati ras lampat rasikadaas prabhu pyaareeson hansi karat nihoren ॥3॥
