कीरति रानी पालने झुलावै ।रतन जटित को पलना वन्यौ है मोतिन जाल गुथावै ॥१॥Queen Kirti rocks the cradle. A jewel-studded cradle has been made, woven with nets of pearls ॥१॥बिबिध भांति पाटकी डोरी हीरा बहुत जरावै ।गजमोतिनके बने झूमका पचरंग चीर विछावै ॥२॥Silk cords of many kinds are set with many diamonds. Large pearl tassels are made, and five-colored cloth is spread ॥२॥नंदीसुरते जसुमति रानी मंगल गावत आवै ॥सब सखियन मिलि पलना झुलावै गरीबदास गुन गावै ॥३॥From Nandisur, Queen Jasumati comes singing auspicious songs. All the sakhis together rock the cradle; Garibdas sings her virtues ॥३॥
