आज अति शोभित नंदकिशोर ॥ सिरपर कुल्हे टिपारो राजत बनीहे चन्द्रिका मोर ॥१॥ Today Nandakishor is exceedingly resplendent. Upon His head the kulhe-tiparo shines, beautifully adorned with a peacock-feather chandrika. ॥१॥मल्लकाछ कटि बांध प्रीतपट अंग अंग छब छारे ॥ सुंदर नेन बंकअवलोकन रसिक प्राण चित्तचोर ॥२॥ A malla-kachh is tied at His waist, with a beautiful cloth; beauty radiates from every limb. His eyes are beautiful, His glance is sidelong; the rasik One steals both life and heart. ॥२॥
