MEANING
अहोदधिमथत घोखकी रानी ॥ दिव्यचीर पहरे दक्षिण केकटिकिंकिणी रुनझुनबानी ॥१॥Oh, Queen Yashoda of the cowherd community is churning curd! She wears beautiful garments from the south, and the little bells around her waist make gentle, tinkling sounds. ॥१॥सुतकेकर्मगावत आनंदभर बालचरित्र जियजानी ॥ श्रम जलबिंदु राजेवदन कमलपर मानोंशरद वरषानी ॥२॥Filled with joy, she sings of her son's deeds, lovingly remembering His childhood pastimes. Tiny drops of perspiration shine upon her lotus-like face, like gentle autumn raindrops resting on a lotus. ॥२॥पुत्रसनेहचुचात पयोधर पुलकित अतिहरषानी ॥ गोविंदप्रभु घुटरुन चल आये पकीरीरही मथानी ॥३॥Overflowing with motherly affection, she is deeply moved, and milk begins to flow naturally. Her whole being thrills with happiness. Little Govind comes crawling towards her and firmly holds the churning rod. ॥३॥
