MEANING
मोहन मदन गोपाल की आरती । आरती और न जाऊं लाल हों तुम पर सर्वस्व वारती ॥१॥
I perform the arati of Mohan Madan Gopal. “I shall go nowhere else for arati, beloved Lal; I offer all I have to you.” ॥१॥
घंटा ताल मृदंग झालरी, बेनु रवाव बजावति ॥ कृष्णदास रस भरी राधिका रहे इकटक कबहु आपुनयो संभारती ॥२॥
Bells, cymbals, mridang drums, ringing metal plates, flutes, and rababs resound. Krishnadas says: Radhika, filled with loving sweetness, gazes steadily at him, only now and then regaining awareness of herself. ॥२॥
