MEANING
ठाडे रहो अंगना हो प्रिय जोंलों नख शिख देह न भीजे ॥ न्हाय क्यों न लेहो लाल आंगन पानी डार देहो वस्त्र ओर पहेरो तब गृह देहरी पाय दीजे ॥१॥“O Priya, remain there in the courtyard until you have washed from head to toe. Lal, bathe there in the courtyard, pour water over yourself, put on fresh clothes, and only then step across the threshold of the house.” ॥१॥रति के चिन्ह प्रगट देखियत हें ता पाछें तुम सोंह कीजे ॥ धोंधी के प्रभु तुम बहु नायक देह सुधार पाछे मोहि छीजे ॥२॥“The signs of where You have been are still clearly visible; first remove them, and only then give me Your assurance.
