आवौ मेरे छगन मगन । बालगोपाल लेहु बलैयाँ दधि माखन चलेहु आँगन ॥१॥Come, my joyful Chhagan. O Bal Gopal, I take your balaiyā̃; having curd and butter, come into the courtyard. ॥१॥सिखवत चलन जसोदा मैया अँगुरी लगन । कोमल चरन कहौ कैसें कीनौ शकटभंजन ॥२॥Mother Yashoda teaches you to walk, holding her finger. Tell me, how did your tender feet accomplish the breaking of the cart? ॥२॥अरी लै लौनी मैयापै माखन करि गति कान्ह । बालचरित्र रघुनाथदास बलि मुनिमन अटकान ॥O, Kanha, take the butter from Mother and move about; Raghunathdas is a sacrifice to your childhood pastimes, which hold the minds of the sages.
