आठों विलास कियौ | Athom Vilas Kiyauआठों बिलास कियौ श्यामाजू शांतनकुंड प्रवेशजू ॥उनकी मुख्य भामा सारंगी खेलत जनित आवेशजू ॥१॥In the eighth Vilas, Shyamaju entered Shantankund. The chief Bhamini was Sarangi, deeply absorbed in the joy of the Leela. ॥१॥सूरज मंदिर पूजन कर मेवा सामग्री भोगधरी ॥आनंद भरी चली ब्रज ललना क्रीडन बनकों उमगि भरी ॥२॥Having worshipped at the Suraj temple and offered dried fruits and other bhog, the Braj Lalanas set out joyfully for the forest, filled with eagerness for the Leela. ॥२॥भद्रबन गमन कियौ बनदेवी पूजन चंदनवंदन लीने ॥भोग स्वच्छ फेनी ऐनी सब अंबर अभरनचीने ॥३॥They went to Bhadravan and worshipped the forest Devi, offering sandalwood and their reverence. Fine pheni and other pure bhog were offered, and all were adorned in beautiful garments and ornaments. ॥३॥गावत आवत भावत चितवत नंदलालके रसमाती ॥कृष्णकला सुंदर मंदिरमें युवती भई सुहाती ॥४॥Singing as they came, absorbed in bhava and thinking of Nandalal, they were immersed in His rasa. Krishnakala looked beautiful among the young women in the lovely temple. ॥४॥देखि स्वरूप ठगी ललना ते चकचोंधीसी लाई ॥अँचवत दृगन अघात दासरसिक विहारिन राई ॥५॥Beholding that beautiful form, the Lalanas stood captivated, as though dazzled by its radiance. The rasik servants drank through their eyes without ever being satisfied, beholding Viharini Rai. ॥५॥
