MEANING
ज्यों ज्यों नूपुर बाजें त्यों त्यों धरनी धरें पाँय । बिच बिच मनिमय जरायकें राखे पाट पुहाय ॥१॥As the anklets sound, so He places His feet upon the earth; here and there, adorning them with jewels, He keeps His feet upon the spread cloth. ॥१॥दुलरी कंठ दुकानन दुर हीरा ढिंग बनाई । पीतांबरकौ झगा बनायौ चौकी पीठि रुराई ॥२॥With a necklace around His dear neck, He has placed diamonds nearby; He has made a yellow garment and beautifully adorned the seat behind Him. ॥२॥किलकि किलकि हँसि कंठ कबहूँ डर लागत लपटाय । सुरनर मुनिजन कौतिक भूले हृदै आनंद न समाय ॥३॥He laughs again and again, and sometimes, becoming afraid, clings to the neck; gods, humans, and sages, lost in wonder, forget themselves, and their hearts cannot contain the joy. ॥३॥पाछे लागे फिरत मुदित है नंद यशोदा माय । रामदास यह चरन हृदै धरि विमल विमल यश गाय ॥४॥Nanda and Mother Yashoda follow behind Him, wandering joyfully; Ramdas holds these feet in his heart and sings their pure, pure glory. ॥४॥
