Meaning
नंदधाम खेलत हरि डोलत । यशोमति करति रसोई भीतर आपुन किलकत बोलत ॥१॥
Hari plays and moves about in Nanda’s home. Yashomati prepares the meal inside, while He Himself babbles.
टेरि उठी जसुमति मोहन कहि आवौ चरन चलाई । बैन सुनत माता पहचानी चले घुटुरुवन धाई ॥२॥
Yashumati called out, “Mohan, come, moving your feet.” Hearing His mother’s words, He recognized her and came crawling on His knees. ॥२॥
लै उठाय अंचल गहि पोंछत सबै धूरि भरी देह । सूरदास जसुमति रज झारत कहाँ भरी यह खेह ॥३॥
Taking Him up, she held Him by His garment and wiped Him; His whole body was covered with dust. Surdas says: Yashumati brushed the dust from Him—where had all this dust filled His body? ॥३॥

nandadhaam khelat hari dolat · yashomati karati rasoee bheetar aapun kilakat bolat ॥1॥
teri uthee jasumati mohan kahi aavau charan chalaaee · bain sunat maataa pahachaanee chale ghuturuvan dhaaee ॥2॥
lai uthaay anchal gahi ponchhat sabai dhoori bharee deh · Soordaas jasumati raj jhaarat kahaan bharee yah kheh ॥3॥
